Amaç

The aim of the physiotherapy program is to train auxiliary health personnel who can use technological tools and equipment in the field of physiotherapy and who care about human health and ethical values.

Kayıt ve Kabul Koşulları

Although candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, all admission and registration conditions are determined by ÖSYM in accordance with the relevant legislation of YÖK.

Mezuniyet Koşulları

To successfully complete the program, it is necessary to pass all available courses (equivalent to 120 ECTS) and obtain a weighted grade point average of at least 2.00 out of 4.00.

Önceki Öğrenimin Tanınması

Students may apply for exemption from courses they have taken and passed at a previously enrolled higher education institution or an institution with recognized equivalency. Exemption requests are decided by the board of directors, where necessary, after consulting with the instructor teaching the relevant course.

Üst Dereceye Geçiş

Graduates who wish to continue their education can transfer to relevant undergraduate programs if they successfully pass the Vertical Transfer Exam administered by ÖSYM. These programs include: First and Emergency Aid Disaster Management, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation, Nursing Health Management.

Ölçme ve Değerlendirme

All students must register for classes at the beginning of the semester and attend at least 80% of the classes and practical sessions to be eligible for the final exam. Students are required to take at least one midterm and one final exam for each course. The midterm exam contributes 40% of the final exam's total grade, while the final exam contributes 60%. All exams are graded out of 100. Students who receive a letter grade of AA, BA, BB, CB, or CC in a course are considered successful. Grades DC and DD are conditional passing grades. To pass a course in which a student receives a DC or DD grade, the student's semester grade point average (GPA) for that course must be at least 2.00.

Eğitim Öğretim Metotları

Öğretme – öğrenme yöntem ve stratejileri, öğrencilerin kendi kendine çalışma, yaşam boyu öğrenme, gözlem yapma, başkasına öğretme, sunma, eleştirel düşünme, takım çalışması, bilişimden etkin yararlanma gibi becerilerini arttıracak şekilde seçilmektedir.
